I’ve known Heather for quite a few years now, and I consider her a good friend. We’ve worked on two websites together, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. I have even had people send me emails admiring the design! I admit I am not an overly technical person, but I do understand more than the average Joe, and I can attest that Heather knows far more than the average Joe!
When we worked on our websites together, she was always enthusiastic about trying new tools and interesting new technology to make my sites more appealing to visitors, but yet within my capabilities so I can make the updates myself. When she is explaining things to me, it is very clear that she knows what she is talking about. She is a very quick thinker. I believe her greatest strengths are her voracious desire to learn, coupled with her seemingly never-ending supply of creativity. She gets ideas in her head about a certain result she wants to achieve, and then immediately sets about figuring out how she can achieve that goal. If she doesn’t know how to get there, she will not let up until she finds a way, often coming up with methods that are atypical to the average person. She will use every resource available to her to solve the problem, often using those resources in ways no one else has thought of before. I admire her tenacity and flexible thinking.
One thing I have noticed about Heather is that she is very results-oriented. She likes to get results in the most accurate and efficient way possible, without getting hung up on the “how”. She can always be relied upon to achieve results requested of her. I know I have asked her for help on some projects, and the next thing I know she will have it completed instead! She is always willing to help in areas where she excels, and often in areas where she does not, in an effort to learn a new skill.
One of Heather’s greatest assets is her personality. She is a lot of fun to be around, she has a tremendous amount of energy, and is very down to earth. She is easy to talk to, and makes friends wherever she goes. One can always expect an honest answer from her, even if it is not in her own benefit to do so. She has high expectations of herself, and of others. When she is happy and excited, everyone loves it, and her enthusiasm is contagious.
Heather is one of the most energetic, enthusiastic individuals I have had the pleasure to work with. She was always ahead of schedule with delivery of any project we worked together on. Her attention to detail is to be highly commended. It is rare in the resource pool I work with on a daily basis, not to have “reworks”. With Heather, that was not the case. The bar was to always deliver “excellence”. Deliverables were always on point and exactly to spec. Heather is knowledgeable, at the same time, is honest about her limits.
Heather is a problem solver and she has the ability to articulate solutions for product changes/upgrades respectfully and with merit, always keeping the best interest of the client front and center. Not only did she call out potential issues, she offered solutions/recommendations on how to better the product. In short, she is a visionary… always looking towards a products ability to sustain growth.
One of the qualities I admire most about Heather is understanding the needs of her customers. Her passion for getting results reflects in everything she does.
If I had to call out a weakness, its Heather’s drive to be perfect at everything she does. She is very hard on herself and leaves little room for errors. This is a huge asset for those that are on the “receiving” end!
Finally, Heather understands the importance of communication and always leads by example. She is professional and charismatic. Her expectations for herself and work performance far exceeds, any expectation I ever had. I never had to worry about missing a deadline or delivering top quality when she was on the project.
Her constant communication, trustworthiness, intelligence & PATIENCE made the entire project a success from start-to-finish.
I got to know Heather because she stepped up to coach, on the spot, during a tele-course within our coaching program. The instructor asked if any of us students would like to volunteer as either the coach or as the client. The course entailed shifting a perspective that could be holding you back from attaining a dream or goal, and from living a life on purpose. I was definitely in need of shifting and reframing a perspective at that time so I volunteered to be the client and the rest was history… The impromptu 15 minute, laser coaching session we had definitely shifted my perspective. We then formed an amazing coach-client relationship.
Heather helped me by shifting my perspective around certain barriers and obstacles that were presenting themselves around getting my on-line business started. She really assisted me with becoming crystal clear around what kind of life I really wanted. During our sessions and with her awesome questioning. We would get closer to what I was really meaning to say, or how I was actually feeling about certain situations in my life. I love her straight to the point approach.
She is an amazing listener and can really pick up on what you’re saying and what you’re not necessarily saying, but feeling. She is intuitive and has a lot of knowledge to share about many different topics. As I continue to move in the direction of my dream life I am so thankful that I have Heather on my team.
I would recommend Heather to people who desire to follow their true life purpose and souls deepest calling. Let’s be serious we all have a “what if this was possible!!!” moment almost everyday. So, when you are reading to head in the direction of possibilities, Heather is definitely your go to girl… Oh and did I mention that she is hilarious too!!
